14 April (Tuesday) 

With all my brothers in Manax (my empire's name, which stands for Iron Bond/Brotherhood) after our pre-FO briefing :-)))) Really amazing to see how much we've bonded over the past 4 months of FO prep la!!!!!!!!

And cause we the fanciest and most happening empire........ We went to stay over at MBS the night before FO????? Hehehehe

Also there were like 11 of us and finding a place to sleep was a struggle....... But my "bed" that night was that orange lounge chair/mini sofa thing that you see in front of the beds LOLOLOLOLOL

15 April (Wednesday) 
Left the room at like 5.50am BECAUSE WE HAD TO REPORT TO SCHOOL FROM MBS LOL

Surprisingly we reached the earliest!!!!!!!!!!!! Reached like 1 hour earlier because we were damn kiasu............. LOL

16 April (Thursday) 

AFTER WET GAMES!!!!!!!!!!! Even though we don't look very wet at all

TP Olympiad day!!!!!!! Where all the schools in TP come together for a mass sports day la basically

Heading to Jalan Besar Stadium via public transport with my GLs!!!!!!!!

and omg yes I actually went up in front of everyone and started dancing with a few others?????? Which is something I've never imagined myself to be brave enough to do but it was a lot of good fun (and exercise) :-)))

With my crazy buddy in Manax, Nabilah :-)))) It's like every time we want to cheer or dance and do ridiculously outrageous embarrassing crazy things, we will simultaneously look at each other and do it together :''')

Also by dancing I just mean a lot of shaking and jumping la HAHAHAHAHAHA

Probably the only picture I took of HSS competing in the actual Olympiad LOL

BUT GUESS WHAT GUYS HSS ACTUALLY WON THE OLYMPIAD CHAMPIONSHIP???????????????????????????????? AFTER 7 YEARS OF NOT WINNING ANYTHING AT ALL, WE FINALLY WON.
This year, the committee decided that we weren't going to aim for any prizes already unlike what we have done the past few years. There were a lot of politics and all la, so we just didn't want to involve ourselves and our goal for this year's FO was just to focus on what's actually the most important; taking care of the freshies.

So I guess it was a HUGE surprise when we ended up being the champion of the TP Olympiad :-))))))))) It's like the championship was only ever awarded to the 2 biggest school in TP, Engine and Business, so the smallest school (aka HSS) just never ever aimed for the championship, because it seemed so impossible y'know?????

But guess what, we did prove to the whole of TP that HSS is small, but mighty.
I didn't expect myself to cry because idk????? But seeing everyone, especially the graduating Year 3's start crying made me cry too and it was just a really really really heartwarming and happy moment for all of us la :-)

So so so so so so so glad I decided to take the plunge and go for the interview, and that the committee let me be a GL despite HOW NERDY (AND NOT HYPER) EVERYBODY THOUGHT I WAS :''''''')

Coming to HSS was one of the best decisions I've ever made, and this Freshman Orientation really proved my point even more.
