3 April (Friday)
Met my cousin, Shaynnie, for a date out to eat (because honestly that is all we do when we meet)
This was organic milk soft-serve from the Cathay's MilkCow, which was surprisingly quite good???? Even though I don't even like milk
Also had Nookie froyo and this was their Strawberry Watermelon Rose flavour!!!!! It's also both Shaynnie's and my favourite and least favourite fruits mixed together hahaha. It was $6.90 for this cup, and the queue was surprisingly not long (or non-existent, for that matter)
It's super pretty though, like look at the edible (I hope) flower petals and the little squishy balls of strawberry jam that burst when you poke them!!!!!!! And the butter crumble things omg!!!!!!!!!! This flavour was okay only though... But I still really want to try their red velvet one next time (hint Weiling hint hint) hehehe
And then we went back to her home as per usual and hung out with my grandmother Lulu ٩('౪ '๑)۶
4 April (Saturday)
Met Daryl and had lunch (kind of) at Nana's Green Tea!!! Regret ordering 2 parfaits but thank you Daryl for the treat (again) h3h3h3 :-*
Walked into Times in hopes of finding Sybil............ But got distracted by the other books on Psychology (ノ#-_-)ノ
This looked rather interesting (although I wouldn't necessarily buy it)
.......AND INSTEAD I BOUGHT TWO OTHER BOOKS FOR $33 Σ(っ゚Д゚;)っ
Was having an internal debate with myself because I couldn't justify spending so much money at one go??? I was trying to start saving up for the Overseas Internship Programme but I have since then decided that I shouldn't go because $$$$$ (4-7k to be exact). And then I justified buying the two books even further by telling myself it's a reward for my results =D
SO I GOT "YOU ARE NOW LESS DUMB" ($21.30) AND "THE LITTLE BOOK OF MINDFULNESS" ($11.45)!!!!!!! Also justification reason #3 is that it's related to Psychology and thus related to my studies and thus will be beneficial ya ya ya right??? My brain will thank me :-)
The other 2 books were from last year, and they're both books about cognitive heuristics/biases and obviously just about thinking lor
Also :-( I :-( Need :-( To :-( Start :-( Reading :-( My :-( Other :-( Books :-( As :-( Well :-(
I spent the whole of last month using my free Scribd 1-month subscription and read like 5 e-books... So now that my subscription is over and I'm too cheapo to resubscribe again, I'm going to start on my actual physical book books!!!!!!!!!
Oh I also got 1/2 of my sandwich stuck in the toaster lol
