I always got so sad when people stopped blogging as often but sobs I ended up like this too :"( work has made me very busy but I'm left with my last 3 shifts before I call it quits so hopefully I get to revive this hahahahahaha 

anyway life update: uni starts in about a month and I AM FREAKING OUT

29 October (Thursday) 

last toilet mirror selfie for last day of intern at Flinders Uni!!!!!! sidenote i miss my short hair and fringe wtf now my hair is a constant mess 

Decided to treat maself to a burger ($13??) from the school canteen because yknow last day 

DEM AUSSIE BURGERS GUD!!!!! 

Don't remember doing much at work that day honestly hahahahaha 

random ducks we saw otw out LOL 

And off we went to the town area for some drinks at a bar that my supervisor recommended!!  

the entrance is a circle and it was very hipster!! 

((also i acccidentally went into the men's toilet here WTF and this rather cute man was like "oh the ladies at the other end" crei)) 

L: I DON'T KNOW WHAT GOT INTO ME BUT I ORDERED A $9 PEAR CIDER THAT WASN'T EVEN NICE T_T 

R: also for the first time in Australia, the food portion was rather measly LOLOL

Had no appetite the ENTIRE day after that cider wtf :-( mouth start itching later at night so I had some instant soup w/ itty bitty noodle pieces LOLOL 

30 October (Friday) 

Bread with margarine and sugar for breakfast!!!! Had this like most mornings LOLOL because cheap and good!!! 

Since I'm not staying there anymore, here's a pic of the house we stayed in!!!! my internship wasn't the best experience I could have had but I really genuinely do miss Adelaide itself 

Cleaning up our house because we invited our supervisors over for dinner on our third last day there!!! 

look at the feast Sydney prepared wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we had so much leftovers afterwards which I kept heheheheheheheh


Had a nice time chatting with the supervisors outside of work and it was really interesting to witness/experience the ~aussie~ culture


I do quite miss them :-( 

today you came over and promptly slept on my bed because you didn't have a good sleep after your guard duty. I left the bed shortly after you fell asleep and made myself lunch, which I brought to the room to eat at my bedside table so that I could still be with you.

after I sat on the floor and took the first bite out of my sandwich, I heard you mumbling "come back up". and there you were still half-asleep with your eyes closed, lightly gesturing with your hands for me to sit on the bed next to you. when I did, you wrapped your arm around my waist, murmured "love you", and fell back to sleep satisfied.

you never fail to make me feel so, so, so incredibly loved (even in your sleep???) and I couldn't be more thankful sobs
