(Reading this again made me realize how "arrogant" I sound like when talking about my grades etc.. But everything I write here are things that made me happy this week so it'll be a bit redundant and repetitive to retype ":-)" again and again??? And YES while I did post my grades up here for everyone (who reads this) to see, I'm not trying to "show off" or imply that I'm oh so smart and "better" than everyone else. But as corny/cliche as it sounds this is my blog and not everyone reads this anyway hahahaa. And honestly what's wrong with showing some pride about something you've worked hard for? I studied my butt off for these tests and I'm happy that my efforts FINALLY paid off, especially after my disappointing term tests results last semester. It's not like I go around telling my friends how much I got (unless they ask me) because that's just ridiculous and sometimes insensitive la and I'm not like that) ANYWAY
- Monday: Didn't have lessons at all (except for CCA meeting at 7pm)
- Tuesday: Reunited with Jeggings (properly)
- Got back Cog Psy results and got 48/50 which was the highest marks in class/second highest in level after 50/50 (wts!)
- Grouped with 4 others from Jeggings for our Cog Psy group project woohoo
- Was able to pay attention with Sam throughout the entire intensive mind draining 2 hour Physio Psy (aka biology) lecture on sexual behavior hahahahahahahahahahahaha
- Met a really nice bus driver on the way back with Kev and Marilyn
- Wednesday: My friends followed me all the way to another building to accompany me to sign some CCA stuff which I thought was quite sweet huehue
- Managed to do some group project research during our 3 hour break
- Got 27/30 for my Sociology test which was the highest in class!!!!!
- Consultation from 4-4.30 got canceled and I skipped my 6-7 lecture so I got to go home way earlier than expected
- Met another nice bus driver otw home who greeted us "Good Afternoon" and said "Thank You"
- FINALLY confirmed a date to meet up with my Gan for dinner after so many clashing dates
- Thursday: Headed back to BGSS for CCA fair with Zac Ng
- Drink stall auntie still recognized me after 1 whole year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Went on a shoe shopping spree with my mum on Cotton On's website...... Bought 4 pairs each and it totalled up to only ~$51
- Friday: Finally felt somewhat useful during group project today in the morning because I was able to contribute (rather) confidently
- 90/100 for Physio Psy test!!!! Very surprising because 1) this was bio 2) this was the paper I had the least confidence in hahaha omgzzxcvvczZ yayyayayayayy :''')
- Tutorial ended 50 minutes earlier so had time to walk around open house
- Took pretty group photos with (3/4 of) Jeggings
- Met up with Gan and Ain who came to TP's open house and spent a few hours touring TP (felt a lot of pride for TP and our courses!!!!)
- Met many ex BGSS students/friends along the way (my mum just recently posted this photo of a poster I took with MeiZhen a loooong time ago as TP scholarship recipients on Facebook.... And a lot of my BGSS friends actually told me they saw it la which I wasn't expecting because I thought hardly anyone from my generation (haha) used FB anymore... But it's also bit embarrassing because I didn't even look very nice in the poster HAHA)
- Had IKEA pasta and meatballs afterwards with Gan and Ain, and had a loooong talk about life in poly and O Level's
Overall this week has been really really good especially with the release of 3 of my test results!!!!! Wasn't expecting to do that well but I'm really really happy like omggzzgzxvxbxbzznznnz I hope I can keep up these grades!!!!!!! Anyway I actually still have school tomorrow on a Saturday for open house duties AND I should really try to do work later because I haven't done much today :-( :-(
