Was on the daily leaderboard from like the 9th position, to the 7th and now to the 3rd wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf!!!! Buttttttttttt a bit wasted because the awarding of the vouchers are not based on scores but random selection HAHA 

Ok now I really got to do something more productive like reading and summarizing a journal article BYE 

Bali 2014 (Day 3)

Finally able to post this up!!!!!!!!! Actually already finished writing all of my Bali posts like 1 week after I came back (almost 1 month ago).... But wanted to post other things so kept pushing this back (⌒-⌒; )

But still we went ahead with our water activity of the day which was Seawalker!!!!!!!!
Hahaha it's literally walking on the (bottom of the) sea and it's like 10m below??

So unglam LOL

Took a jetboat to a bigger boat where we would get ready and it's super fast la but so fun?????? Water kept splashing on us so by the time we reached there my hair was in a total mess walao π_π Thought I could be spared from messy wet hair because for the Seawalker thing we would have helmets to protect our face (hair) but noooo :( :(

After a short briefing and wearing our wetsuits lolololol we could be brought down!!! I went down third and I was honestly petrified la cause the divers there warned us about the pressure that we would experience. They kept telling us to not panic and to remember to swallow our saliva (??????) and breathe as per normal etc etc LIKE HOW TO NOT PANIC WHEN THEY SAY THIS??????

LOL so when it was my turn, I climbed down the ladders of the boat to the sea water... One guy would put the huge ass helmet on me before the diver would carry me and bring me down to the bottom of the sea LOL. And scare me la walao I think I'm SUPER lucky because I felt no pressure whatsoever???? But the rest of my family all complained they felt SO much pressure and had headaches/shoulderaches and all lololol. Anyway there's actually a railing down there la and we had to hold onto the railing at all times.

Paid like an extra USD30 or something to have these underwater photos taken and compiled into a CD!!!

SO UGLY LOL MY HAIR WTF AND THIS WAS THE NICEST PHOTO OF ME SOBS but it's me feeding the fishes bread (that they stuffed up your wetsuit sleeve to bring down)!!!!!!!!

It was quite weird holding the bread honestly cause it was all mushy and soft and FLIMSY HAHAHAHAHA. At first I thought we were supposed to pluck pieces of the bread (like feeding ducks) but turns out the fishes only eat like THE TINIEST NIBBLE cause they have tiny mouths HAHAHA.

I think the whole experience was quite short but super super cool??????? Like you really have to try this once in your lifetime serious!!!! I could really see all the fishes upclose and I honestly never knew fishes could be so pretty and colourful wtf, I only thought it existed in cartoons????????

Anyway the railings were quite gross to hold la LOL cause it's all rusty and slimy I REALLY WISHED I HAD GLOVES but bo bian must hold the railings all the time HAHAHA. I also wasn't expecting this but the current down there was SO strong and there are A LOT of times where I got pushed away HAHAHAHAHAHA WTF so I had to scramble back to get a hold of the railing.

Anyway it was really cloudy underneath and it wasn't as clear as we wanted it to be :( Guess it was because of the rain :( :( 

Wanted to take a photo with one of the guys there helping us cause he damn cool HAHAHA 

And ya that's the wet suit we had to wear... It's quite gross cause so many people have already worn it before and now I'm wearing it.............. PLUS WE ALSO HAD SHOES TO WEAR which was more gross but oh well

I also really wanted to try this which is called "Flying Fish"!!!!!!!! But after the SeaWalker thing I felt so grossed out cause I don't really like the whole feeling of being drenched/wet........ So I actually rejected my father's offer to bring me for this ಥ_ಥ (and ya I know if I went for the Flying Fish I'd still end up wet so why not just go right... I really don't understand my logic when I made the decision wtf) 

✓ Ride on a jetski 

✓ Go Parasailing (like the rainbow parachute in the photo above!!) 

✓ Snorkelling out in the sea and by the shores (lol wow I found a photo and wow wow wow can we take a moment to look at 13 y/o me hahahahahahahahaha) 

✓ Ride on a jetboat 

✓ Walked under the sea in a giant helmet  

Changed into dry clothes and went for lunch at this Nasi Padang store 

It's like Singapore's mixed vegetable rice/economy rice/chap chye peng but instead all the plates of the dishes are placed on your table. If you don't want to eat any of the dishes, DON'T touch the plate!!! They'll only charge you for the things you eat at the end. If you only want 1 chicken out of the 2 on the plate, they'll only charge you for 1 chicken (which was roughly ~SDG2?)!!!


My brother ordered chendol and this came... But apparently it isn't chendol LOL but it's super nice!!!!!

The green jelly is bigger than those we find in Singapore because they are homemade :-9 

After lunch, our driver brought us to Pura Luhur Uluwatu (Uluwatu Temple) 
He described it as a temple on the cliff and at first I was skeptical about going, because I thought it was going to be some boring touristy place. Buttttttttttttt omgggggggggg let me tell you I was so wrong about it!!!!!! It's still just sightseeing but the view there is just so pretty and just magnificent la?? I think when it comes to views, I'm not as easily impressed so if I really like the view of something... It should be really good HAHAHA.

Usually he just stays in the car and waits for us, but this time he followed us and toured us around this place :)

The temple entrance at the very top!!! Couldn't go in cause we weren't going to pray inside haha. I was actually quite shocked LOL cause I kind of expected the temple to be much bigger.

Anyway so we just continued walking downnnnnnnnn

Thought that was all the monkeys I was going to see.............

And then as we continued walking there were WAYYY MORE

I actually think if you want to see monkeys in Bali, go to the Uluwatu Temple instead of the monkey forest sanctuary LOL. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone, see pretty view and see monkeys!!!!!!!

The bread and waffles that I wanted to eat dropped on the wet road when I opened the door wtf :(

I really don't like milkshakes with a burning passion so I thought this was going to another normal thick gross milkshake........ But it's actually more like icecream and it's soooooo good. They had like really huge chunks of Oreo pieces in it (like the size of 1/3 an Oreo biscuit) and even though I told myself I was only going to have 1 bite............................. Ha ahahHAH AHHAhah HA
And my brother bought like the biggest size cup LOL wtf SO MUCH "ICE CREAM"!!!!!!!!!!!!!
