30 March (Monday)
Went to school to meet a few tutors and during the 3 hour gap in between my two "meetings", I just lepak-ed with Sam and her empire doing their props for Orientation!!! Also blogged more of that day here lolol it was a good chill day in school till 10pm :-)
1 April (Thursday)
2 April (Thursday)
The day of the Psych Conference!!!!!!!!!
The day of the Psych Conference!!!!!!!!!
And judging by this very creepy stalker shot that Hana took, I look waAaaAaaAAAAy too excited to be in school
We had to report in school at 10am.......... And I thought we were going to have another dry run before the actual conference starts at 2pm................. But we didn't even have a rehearsal and had nothing to do for like 3 hours LOL
My favourite Japanese with a flower sticker because my feet were in the shot lol
Was one of the event photographers for the conference, but I'm still very lazy to sort through my photos and edit them(iДi)so we'll have to stick to photos that Wah Pheow took for us huehue. Speaking of Wah Pheow, we were so glad he could make it on time for our presentation because he was released early from his reservist?? :'''''''') It's just very comforting to have him there y'know, because he was the one who "trained" us from clueless chickens to selected student presenters at the conference!!!!!!!
<--- Gabby introducing us
Sydney, Andria and Hana aka my fav group ever!!!!!!!!!
Look guys it's me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Presenting the introduction of our presentation haha
With Wah Pheow after our presentation (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و
And I know I've probably talked about how much I'm so thankful to have had a chance to work with Wah Pheow already but I'm still going to say it again??? He has this reputation of being a "slave-driver" that can get you an A, and I've seen how true it is la!!! I wouldn't have cared much about the statistical tests I do for data analysis or even the number of words I put in a PowerPoint slide, but Wah Pheow really trained me (and the rest) to take all these into consideration... And I'm just glad to have received the ~famous~ Wah Pheow training at least once in my poly life HAHAHA.
For my upcoming semester's Special Project module, the topic I chose was about Dyslexia which is coincidentally the topic he'll be supervising SO PLZ GOD LET ME GET IN UNDER WAH PHEOW'S SUPERVISION AGAIN (۶•̀ᴗ•́)۶
Also sorry you've seen this a lot too BUT LOOK WHO'S PROJECT GOT DISPLAYED AGAIN!!!!!!! My group project video for Abnormal Psych was also shown and I even "promoted" it to the school's deputy director when he walked past............. HAHAHAHAHA NO SHAME
With the other conference presenters and helpers from my class, along with Wah Pheow (again), Ms Fionna and Emil!!!!!
Guys I made it to Emil's instagram HAHAHAHA
Speaking of Emil's instagram... The other day he posted a picture of a crepe and captioned it "where you leading me, you crepe. #cosimacrepe #crepey #creper"................ ಠ_ಠ
After the conference (finally) ended...
Headed for dinner with WP and Ms Kek, who both immediately changed back into their casual clothes while Andria and I remained in our formal wear ლ(ಠ_ಠლ)
...I showed Daryl this picture and he was like "She looks like a student" HAHAHAHAHAHA
We got to sit in his car and it was rather exciting
Sorry Ms Kek for this unglam picture oops
Mini beef burgers which were actually really good???
Nachos and german fries which WP kept raving about LOL
So we just spent like 2 hours eating and drinking and chatting :-)))
You'd also be surprised at the things our lecturers know and talk about!!!!!!! Like 90% of the time I was just like wAt??????? how do you even know????????? these kind of things??????????????? And the Year 3's had so much stuff going on in their cohort HAHA WALAO I feel that my batch is so uninteresting in comparison?????? A few times we may or may not have spoken a bit too loud, resulting in a few people staring into our direction *~~~* Also the fact that what we (or they; because I was mainly just trying to keep up with all the new juicy info) were talking about wasn't very appropriate..... probably didn't help a lot HAHA
And it's so cute cause I knew our lecturers were more like "friends" to us already, but that night just proved my point even more (ノ´ー`)ノ
IT WAS A REALLY GOOD NIGHT AND I LEARNT A LOT ABOUT STUFF I NEVER THOUGHT I'D LEARN (or hear) ABOUT IN POLY
Wah Pheow then sent one of the Year 3 seniors, Jazz, and I back because Ms Kek stayed on the purple line like us :-DDDDD

Have no idea where these 2 pictures will fall under but they're conversations between my lecturers and friends HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
