"Your love surrounds me
When my thoughts wage war
When night screams terror
There Your voice will roar"
when your heart starts pounding so hard it feels as if it's going to pop right out of your chest
when you cry so hard you start gasping for air
when the numbness starts from your fingertips and continues down your entire arm
when it's hot outside but everything feels cold and your teeth starts chattering
when your body starts trembling and your legs start shaking and it just. wont. stop.
when the thought of death eats you up from the inside and you're afraid for your life
when fear consumes you because you start to lose control over your entire body and all you can do is watch it crumble and break
when you actually see the consequences of your own thoughts unfold before your very eyes
when everybody around you is telling you to "breathe in" and "calm down" but you can't

so please don't describe you being "shocked" or "taken aback" or "slightly worried" as having a panic attack because it. is. not. the. same.

(was just telling a close friend how I wasn't going to passive aggressively tweet about it but it got me thinking more and with all the ignorance I've seen on social media the past few weeks I just had to say something)
