iPhone photos 110 - First Week of Work | Itacho Sushi | Cauliflower Pizza Crust

15 January (Friday) 

L: Leng Yong Pau (I luv) w/ gyozas for breakfast
R: Peanut Butter thumbprint cookies!!! Which were edible but not very nice lololol sigh I give up with healthy baking recipes pfft 

Impromptu dinner date with Weiling & Kim after their work attachment!!! Met Weiling first and went to H&M while waiting for Kim who was late (again ;_;) 

Randomly took this romper to try and despite the prints, the fit is actually quite nice?? 

But I think my boobs grew (hooray) and ptp was too small wtf I couldn't zip the top half HAHA 

Had ice kachang after our "picnic" dinner and Kim made us do this.............. LOL 

Also went to Kim's house afterwards cause she wanted to pass us some stuff from China yay thx u Kim :-* 

16 January (Saturday) 

BAAAAGELS 

Longgggg awaited weekends with Mav 

We watched The Martian!!!!! I really quite liked the book so I wanted to see how the movie fared since I heard a lot of positive reviews. The movie was quite nice la but as expected, I preferred the book a lot more!

18 January (Monday) 

 

FIRST DAY OF WORK OOTD GUYS!!!!! EMBRACING THE SHORTS :') 

My momma came down to Waterway Point with intent of having lunch with me when I was done with work... but we were so busy that my boss asked me to extend my shift + I didn't get to go for a break LOL

Got off work at 5pm and immediately rushed off to Changi Airport to meet my cousins for KaiBoon's surprise birthday dinner!! 

HAPPY 21ST BOON 

Everyone whipping out their phones for pictures as per usual ahaha 

We ate at Itacho because why not 

I only had a bagel in the morning and was too busy at work to feel hungry, so I was FAMISHED by dinner time 

Surprisingly I liked the more simple dishes like the inari and tamago!!!!! LOL 

Anyway total bill came up to be slightly below $100 cause we had staff discount (ty jingwen for ur wonderful contribution to itacho the past 3 years) hehe shiok 

on our way to another terminal because Boon wanted to treat us to Krispy Kreme :-9 

The top 2 flavours sucked lol Krispy Kreme still does glaze best LOL 

Had a good time with my cousins as usual and I'm so glad we're meeting up (outside of family gatherings) more now :') is it (HAHA) we growing up????????

L: Breakfast 

R: and lunch............ of pulverized cauliflower?!?!?!?!?!? 

Eating vegetables because I wanted to attempt cauliflower pizza crust!!!! Despite the messy & tedious 1 hour prep time I took... it was actually pretty good. This says a lot because if you know me, I avoid vegetables at all costs!!!!!!! 

Also my pizza looks nothing like a pizza w/o the melting cheese on top, but I omitted it because the crust had cheese already ahahaha 

22 January (Friday) 

Second day of work!! 

L: Very ugly (but delicious) strawberry & peanut butter overnight oats for breakfast
R: And YTF for lunch at Waterway Point with my mum!!! Explored the mall after I ended work and it's such a nice place :')
