Had our very last exam paper (Developmental Psych 〒д〒) that day, so we celebrated as (half a) class with an outing to Sentosa Beach.
Tbh I was quite sian to go Sentosa cause soOoOoOOooOO hot?????? Almost chose to skip it especially because I did not sleep at all the night before... But really wanted to go because 1) Everyone else in my clique were going 2) Those going who aren't in my clique, I really like too hahahaha 3) Beach = Sun = Hot but good lighting = Nice pictures = Excuse to bring my mouldy DSLR out
So glad I went because they surprised Marilyn and I for our belated birthdays with cupcakes and helium balloons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Marilyn and Sam also surprised me immediately after our paper with a "Wreck This Journal" and a jigsaw picture of the clique and us :''''''''''''') totally wasn't expecting anything la so was really, really pleasantly surprised :'''''( I feel so bad for thinking that this year's birthday was the most boring one, because it slowly got better and better HAHAHA
Marilyn and I actually went all the way home from school, and then to Sentosa to meet the rest...... But we actually caught up with them (even after buying food/getting lost) when we reached Sentosa cause they were so slow →_→ hahahaahahahahaha

Idk why but it never occurred to me that being barefoot on a beach is actually a norm AND I LOVE THAT NORM SO MUCH!!!! You know how some beaches have rubbish all over the floor and it's just damn gross to walk on la... But Siloso beach was so clean and there were no seaweed/seashells/other sea debris where the waves were crashing in!!! I believe there's some bio/geographical explanation, like maybe it's something to do with the fact that it's a man-made beach???? I think???? I heard???? Don't want to sound like a bimbo.... But POINT IS I never thought I liked the beach (another reason why I almost didn't want to go) but Sentosa really changed my mind!!!!

It was quite awkward walking through Clarke Quay and all the pubs/bars because 95% of us still look like 14 year old's and we weren't exactly wearing "pub appropriate" clothes lolololol

I didn't order anything for myself because I couldn't justify paying $15< for a drink HAHAHAHAHAHA. Mr Lee ended up treating all of us in the end anyway LOL but I did get to try my friends' drinks!!! Tried Somersby's apple cider, pear cider and the Singapore Sling, which I've heard about like 10910391 times when I was working in Raffles Hotel!!!
Just kept taking sips from Sam, Mari and Princess' but my face felt so hot and uncomfortable afterwards lololol

Not saying this in a negative way haha, but wasn't expecting my first drinking alcohol experience to be with you guys (but then again I wasn't expecting to even drink).
Couldn't have asked for a better way and company to end Semester 2.1, and I'm just genuinely really thankful. Honestly think you guys are the best class with the best influence on me ⌒ε⌒
