Went to celebrate our Pearl ball's belated birthday and surprised her at her house!!!

Had really good Japanese food and I finally got to try Oblong's waffle & ice cream!!! Anyway we were with Pearlynn's sister, Calista, also who helped us w/ our secret surprise plan, thx u :') 

16 October (Sunday) 
woke up at like 6.30am to head to KKH's Guiness World Record event at Bishan wtf 

w/ the madre who made me come LOLOLOL
It was a world record for largest number of people in a reunion of people born in the same hospitel or something HAHA


it was a good one-time experience w/ my momma!!!!!!!!!! but 10/10 would not do again lolol.

Could be very biased because my waterbottle leaked and flooded my entire bag so I was quite eurgh 1/2 the time ;_; We did get a good goodie bag w/ lotsa goodies inside which was nice

17 October (Monday) 
impromptu supper one day w/ my OG fwens

then it was back to astronomy :-(

18 October (Tuesday) 

Had the Hall Interblock Games and this is me and my lovely fellow block reps!!!!!!!!! We were halfway through the finale hall catching game.. which wasn't really catching cause everyone was so nice and lenient LOLOL. Still great fun nonetheless, and I'm really glad I went :-) I went saying "I'm just going to cheer at the sidelines" and went back my room w/ a sweat-soaked shirt lololol

20 October (Thursday) 

one of my more extravagant breakfasts cause got banana de LOLOLOL

I only get to go Primemart on Wednesdays and I go home on Thursdays, so I can never finish a whole bunch of bananas and rarely ever buy them :-( But the other day, they were selling banana bunches that only had 2 bananas (do i make sense) so I BOUGHT THEM!!!! so pleased MUAHAHA

Had Block Supper later that night, where the block reps of each block is in charge of preparing supper la as the name suggests. We decided to cook because we were ambitious af LOL

Didn't take a picture of our cooking process because WE WERE STRUGGLING!!!!!!! it was vvvv tiring cause we had to cook for like 100 pax and we only had 1 pot and 1 airfryer HAHA. But we managed to churn out something good walao so proud of ourselves really!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Couldn't have asked for better block reps to work with la :'(

22 October (Saturday) 
MY BB RETURNED FROM HIS 3 WEEK AUSSIE TRIP!!!!!!!! and had his 21st birthday party that night LOL. We had a BBQ downstairs his block and he invited his childhood & poly friends so it was a rather small affair haha.

w/ his family who I am extremely thankful for!!!!

I basically stuck to his sister, Mavis, like glue because I obviously didn't belong in any of Mav's group of friends (tho they were all vvvvvvv nice when I did talk to them la). Mavis and I helped w/ the BBQ and went around talking with Mav's friends and later on at night, even sat on the living room floor unboxing makeup :') So even though Mav was mostly busy entertaining/running around to get stuff, I did genuinely enjoy myself hahaha.

23 October (Sunday) 

On Sunday I got Mav all to maself after 3 weeks hehehehe. Went nearby to cut his hair and we stopped for a little shaved ice break :-)

24 October (Monday) 

CHICKEN FUYONG from NTU's Koufu!!! The lines are forever long but I finally got to try this during my weekly lunch with my Socio friends hehe

25 October (Tuesday)

Halloween event in Hall with my OG :-)) 

Always a lot of fun with this bunch even though I had to read my astronomy notes while waiting for my turn at the scare rooms LOLOL

Went to CompassOne with my mum when I came back from hall which always means LOTSA FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

29 October (Saturday) 
Met my army boi boi for Genki sushi because cravinggzzzz

check out my lashes lololol I used the Essence mascara Mavis gave me which I quite like HAHA


WEW WEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the tempura egg really filled us up sia wtf so we didn't eat as much as anticipated LOL

30 October (Sunday) 

Got Mav a scratch off map as part of his 21st birthday present and so we played with it a little!!!


He was very excited to hang it up which was nice hehehe

Surprise birthday celebration for our dear GL, Yuan Xin!!!


Also VERY impromptu Block Rep meeting in my room later on at like 2am HAHA.

There was some conflict going on (not among us la) and Serene immediately texted our group saying: "jerlyn i'm coming to your room". It then turned into a block rep gathering lolol and whilst discussing the problem at hand, WE BECAME THE PROBLEM....... because we got distracted and kept laughing and the security guard came to warn us :') We talked for like an hour and it was a rly good break from studying that I very much needed :))))

I really love hall life la guys!!!!!!!!!!! And to think that before I moved in, I told Mav that I was going to avoid all hall stuff and not bother trying to get hall for Year 2 hahahahha
