Psychology Student Conference Preparation!!!!!!

Monday, March 30, 2015
All the extra work I have to do during the holidays for the upcoming Psychology Student Conference, but it's something I'm more than happy to do  ٩(╹౪╹๑)۶

Had a consultation for the presentation today till 10pm but it was fun la cause #WahPheow

And I love these 3 girls who's working on this presentation with me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All so hardworking and smart and efficient and so supportive lol special/major project group pl0x
(also in the middle picture Hana and I look very into our work on my laptop but actually we were scrolling through Tumblr lol)

3 other seniors were there too for consultation too and 1 of them brought a whole stack of japanese snacks!!!!!!! He added me on Facebook before this so technically we are friends and thus it was okay for me to take home like 2 of his Japanese chocolate bars (WHICH HE SAID I COULD BTW hue hue)

Practicing our presentation in front of Wah Pheow yey

I'm doing the introduction which seemingly seems (lol) very easy but actually it is very not easy!!!!! I forgot all my notes from my previous APRP-B project (which this presentation is partially based on) so I totally just????

But everyone was so nice and understanding :'''''''''''''(
Like they'd say "go jerlyn!! don't stress you can do this" and helped when they could :'''''''''''(
And even Wah Pheow was like "it's okay don't worry you're good" :''''''''''''''''(
Even though I was a total baby and kept being so scared and worried because of my unpreparedness!!!!!!!!!!!

Really really really really really really really really very blessed to have these 3 girls and also Wah Pheow??? Before I worked with WP, I always thought he was super scary and just a slave driver with no compassion because of all the things I've heard about him!!!!

But then nobody talks about why he "tortures" the project groups he supervises la?? Like all he wants is for us to do well lor!!!!! I also thought he doesn't care about his students one LOL but he really does la. Like after our final APRP-B presentation last month, I kept worrying and saying things like "wah we fail already other groups so good". It wasn't meant for him to hear la, but he overheard and turned to tell me "it's okay, your group did well"  ( ´༎ຶㅂ༎ຶ`) !!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus he buys us all food for almost every APRP-B lesson AND takes time off his super busy schedule to meet me when I was so blur about how to write our APRP-B final report's introduction s0bs

JUST FEELING VERY THANKFUL AND HAPPY FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH WP AND BE IN THE PSYCH CONFERENCE AND TO WORK WITH SUCH NICE PEOPLE
I reallllllllllly don't want to graduate TP :-( like can I come back to be a psych lecturer :-( and also I hope by the time I come back my lecturers and tutors will still be there :-( they may be older when I finish my education BUT IT'S OK I STILL LOVE

On a kind of irrelevant (but kind of relevant also) side note, I heard that 'Distinction' grades are awarded to the top 3 students with the highest scores on that module???? I always thought it was for whoever got above 90 marks OR for the top 10 students of that module?????? I mean I could be wrong but I guess hearing that kind of made me quite happy???? And also super grateful cause no God no distinctions (or even A's) haha. Also on another side note, the previous semester's results will be out this coming Wednesday and I don't know what to expect also haha but.......... Everything is God's will ya so I'm going to just pray for the best amen

(Ok edit I found out from a lecturer that it's the top 5% of students from that module and only if you get A of ALL components so omg praise the lord really)
