Bangkok Haul 2016

I just came back from Bangkok with my gurlzxc last night, and it was really one hella good time :-) There were a few regrets here and there... like w/ respect to how I could have reacted to certain things better, or how I should have bought more korean bbq crackers & honey butter chips (LOL) but on the whole, I really really GENUINELY enjoyed myself and already miss the company I was with :-( 

Literally almost everyone has been going to BKK these few weeks... and just this trip alone I've coincidentally bumped into like 3 groups of friends (from secondary school, work, poly) W/O prior plans to meet up wtf. 

It is also important to note that out of those 3 groups of friends, the one we bumped into and was in close proximity the most (like 8 times in 5 diff locations no joke) included........ kp, my ex bf of 2 years whom I've said not-so-nice things about on this blog before hahaHahahHAah. It was honestly a really weird experience lol because there was this odd sense of familiarity, and unfamiliarity at the same time. It's been so long and I don't think I'm AS bitter as I was before, but there was still this mindset that "I need to look attractive and show him I'm doing better w/o him"......but I guess I should just let go of this unhappiness once and for all.

I love this top!!!!!!! It feels really expensive and well-made but is one of my cheapest buys on this trip leh!!! I don't have a lot of dressier tops like these so this was nice :-) It could have been cheaper if I bought 3 (100฿) instead but I didn't feel the need to buy so many just to save those few cents lololol

BKK has a lot of stores that sell these vintage/second-hand denim shorts for only 100฿ and while most are quite meh, I think you'd be able to find good fitting pairs if you dig hard enough!!!

MY MOST EXPENSIVE PURCHASE BUT I REALLY LIKED IT LEH!!! The quality is also really good and it's very structured, which is why I justified the price crei. After I bought this, I immediately texted Mav to set a date night so I have an occasion to wear this fancy skirt =)
