Day 183

20 October 

For picking me up when I laughed too hard (at you) and fell on your living room floor 

For forcing me to take meds for my sore throat.. and then relenting and letting me eat a cookie because I was whining 

For always getting up from wherever you're seated just to refill my bottle the moment you notice that I've finished drinking the water 

For picking me up from a bar at 1am because you thought I was drunk and wanted to make sure I got home safe 

For massaging my wrists whenever my hand hurts from holding yours for too long 

For making sure that you're standing on my right because I once made a passing remark that I preferred it like that 

For sneakily taking down notes of my clothing sizes ("just in case I want to buy clothes for you in the future") or places I want to eat at 

For sending me voice recordings of you saying "goodnight" every night before you sleep 

For always letting me sit on your comfy chair while you sit on the plastic stool 

For letting me choose and listen to rap songs on YouTube whenever I'm over at your house (even though u absolutely hate it)
For holding my hands even when you're reading a book
For meeting all my friends and relatives to make me happy, even though you're not a huge fan of social interactions
For always making an effort to surprise me, be it with kaya waffles after school or showing up unexpectedly at my house clutching 3 plastic bags of gifts and a bouquet of flowers on my birthday 

For sending me all the way home to my doorstep even if it's late at night 

For saying "I love you so so much"/"I really really love you" instead of just "I love you"
For changing your Skype display picture to a screenshot I took of you yawning because it always made me laugh
For accompanying me to my family dinners and bringing me to yours
For picking out all the soft fries for me and eating the remaining crispy ones
For giving me massages without me asking whenever I say my shoulder hurts
For following me to church even though you've been agnostic/atheist for the longest time because you knew how much my religion meant to me and you wanted to make an effort
For always making sure that we never go to sleep without leaving anything unsettled
For walking with me under the hot sun just to find a bakery I really wanted to try
For finishing up my food for me because I get full way too easily
For always carrying my plastic bags/laptop and making sure my hands are free
For always making the effort to text/call me whenever you get the chance to in army, and for apologizing when you don't get to say goodnight to me
For never having arguments/not being angry with me, except when I'm stubborn and not taking good care of my health
For never being afraid to express your love for me (even in front of all my friends)
For always including me in your future plans because you have faith that our relationship will be long-term
For being my number 1 fan and a constant source of support
For always making sure to listen to my side of the story
For loving me more than you love yourself

And for coming all the way to Adelaide from Singapore through a 16 hour flight just to spend time with me while I'm here
